This is the complete setup guide for configuring Embedded Signup on your CRM platform.

Step 1: Ensure Your Meta App is Ready

  • App Type: Business
  • Products Added: WhatsApp, Facebook Login for Business
  • App Mode: Live
  • Permissions Approved: whatsapp_business_management, whatsapp_business_messaging, business_management

Step 2: Configure in CRM

  1. Go to CRM Settings > Embedded Signup.
  2. Enter your App ID and App Secret.
  3. Copy the OAuth Redirect URI shown on this page.
  4. Paste the redirect URI into your Meta App > Facebook Login for Business > Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.
  5. Click Save & Enable Embedded Signup.

Step 3: Test the Flow

  1. Open the Embedded Signup URL provided by your CRM in an incognito window.
  2. Complete the flow using a test Facebook account.
  3. Verify that the WhatsApp channel appears in CRM Settings > WhatsApp Channels.
