The CRM includes a full-featured email marketing module. Connect your SMTP server to send transactional and broadcast emails.

Supported SMTP Providers

You can connect any SMTP provider, including: Gmail/Google Workspace, Outlook/Office 365, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Zoho Mail, or your own custom SMTP server.

Configuring SMTP

  1. Go to Settings > Email > SMTP Configuration.
  2. Enter your SMTP Host (e.g., smtp.gmail.com).
  3. Enter SMTP Port: 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL.
  4. Enter your SMTP Username (usually your email address).
  5. Enter your SMTP Password (use an App Password for Gmail).
  6. Click Test Connection — a test email will be sent to your address.

Sending Broadcast Emails

  1. Go to Email Marketing > Broadcasts.
  2. Click Create Broadcast.
  3. Select your recipient list or Smart List.
  4. Design your email using the drag-and-drop editor.
  5. Schedule or send immediately.
