Getting Your JustDial API Credentials

  1. Log in to your JustDial Business account.
  2. Contact your JustDial account manager and request API/CRM Integration access.
  3. JustDial will provide you with a Login ID, Password, and your unique Mobile Number for API authentication.

Setting Up in CRM

  1. Go to Social Lead Master > JustDial.
  2. Enter your JustDial Login ID and Password.
  3. Copy the CRM Webhook URL and provide it to your JustDial account manager.
  4. JustDial will configure their system to POST lead data to this URL.
  5. Test by generating a test lead from your JustDial listing.
