Connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to schedule posts, monitor comments, and manage your social presence from within the CRM.

Connecting Facebook Pages

  1. Go to Social Media > Connections in the CRM.
  2. Click Connect Facebook.
  3. Authorize the CRM to access your Facebook Pages.
  4. Select which pages you want to manage and click Confirm.

Connecting Instagram Business

Instagram connections are linked through Facebook. Your Instagram account must be:

  • An Instagram Business or Creator account (not Personal)
  • Connected to a Facebook Page
  1. After connecting your Facebook Page, the linked Instagram account will appear automatically.
  2. Toggle it on to enable Instagram scheduling.
ℹ️ Note: If Instagram does not appear after connecting your Facebook Page, go to Instagram Settings and ensure it is linked to the correct Facebook Page.
