Once you have gathered all your Meta credentials, here is exactly where to paste each one inside the CRM.

Navigating to the Meta Settings Page

  1. Log in to your CRM dashboard.
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar (gear icon).
  3. Under the Integrations section, click Meta Cloud API.

Fields and Where to Get Each Value

  • App ID: Meta Developer Portal → Your App → Settings → Basic
  • App Secret: Same location, click "Show"
  • Phone Number ID: WhatsApp → Getting Started → Phone Numbers table
  • WhatsApp Business Account ID: WhatsApp → Getting Started (shown above the phone number table)
  • System User Access Token: Meta Business Manager → System Users → Generate Token
⚠️ Double-check: Make sure you are copying the Phone Number ID, not the actual phone number. They look different — the Phone Number ID is a long numeric string like 109876543210987.
